The meanings of the key terms used in these Terms are given below:

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 total must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may carry separate terms — read them before accepting an offer.
• Bonus abuse or attempting bonus hunting may result in account suspension.
• xk444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• A bonus cannot be claimed on multiple accounts or more than once from the same device.

7.1 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The authority to determine bet outcomes rests solely with xk444 and is final.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the original staked amount will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with xk444's policy.

7.3 Technical Issues

• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of another user's account.

If involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.

xk444 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms.
• Failure to provide documents for verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.

9.2 Closure by User
